From Allen McClure:

Things you will need

Step 1 Disconect the battery (if you can't do this procedure without a picture, please click HERE) Step 2 Removing as much of the fluid from the reservoir as possible. I used a syringe that I picked up from the local farm and feed store to help with this.

Step 3 Remove the coolant hoses that run in front of the pump.

Step 4 Remove the belt. Use a 1/2 socket and ratchet. Wile pushing down on the ratchet with your right hand, use your left to remove the belt from the alternator pulley.

Step 5 Remove the alternator. Start with the back side and remove the 4pin plug. Then the positive wire unbolts with a 1/2 socket. Now theres two bolts that hold the alternator on. One top one lower. both 1/2 remove them and the alternator will be free. Set it aside. Step 6 On the power steering pump reservoir there are two hoses. Use pliers to remove the one closest to the front of the car.

Step 7 With the alternator removed look through the bracket and you will see this fitting.
Remove it with a 16mm wrench.

Step 8 remove 4 1/2 bolts that hold the pump to the bracket. Step 9 Pull, wiggle, tug the pump free. Notes: When reinstalling the pump use a quality fluid to refill the new pump and reservoir. Its a personal choice, but I like the Valvoline Synthetic blend. Once the old pump is out take some time and clean the bracket area where the pump sits and anywhere the old pump was leaking and anywhere you may have spilled or lost fluid.
